Refund Policy
Conditions for refunding prepaid rent
- Tenant must not leave trash in site and/or driveways.
- Tenant must stay a minimum of 30 days.
- Tenant must be current in all obligations at time of move-out.
- Tenant will be liable for damages and for cleaning charges and all disposal costs for Tenant’s failure to remove all contents, debris, and other lease violations.
- Tenant is liable for rent for the remainder of the month of move out if given move out notice before the 20th of the month if they vacates by the end of the month. Notice after the 20th of the month, tenant is responsible for paying 10 days into the following month provided they still move out by the end of the month.

A Denton RV Storage Place is a locally owned and operated
Premier RV Storage facility.
The owner has owned and operated boats and recreational vehicles all of his life, with childhood memories of sitting in the back of a 1956 Chevy Belair station wagon, listening to the glass pac exhaust bounce off the 16 foot Fan Vacationer Bumper-Pull Trailer, as the family traveled the USA in our Chevrolet.
Owner Rodger Donnelly has owned slide-in cab over campers, Casitas fiberglass Trailer, 24 foot Wilderness Trailer, 30 foot Nomad Trailer, 27 foot Coachman Trailer, 34 foot Jayco Fifth- wheel Trailer, 37 foot Winnebago P-30 Chassis Motorhome, 40 foot diesel pusher, and a 45 foot Monaco Motorhome. He now has a 33 foot Newmar New Aire and lives on site to look watch over things. If you want to know anything about RV’s just ask, if he doesn’t know the answer, he can find out where to get the answer for you.
Security in mind A Denton RV Storage Place has surveillance cameras watching the facility that record any movement on premise. Watch where you scratch when you are at our facility because your movements are recorded.
Our access gate is closely monitored 24 Hours a day, the gate requires access codes that will be logged to know who enters and exits our facility.
Our office is open Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, if you can’t stop by during those times please call and make an appointment, the owner will meet you anytime you like.
FAQ
Can I access my RV/ Rig at any time?
Yes, you can access your Rig through our computerized front gate via smart phone app or individualized access code assigned to you anytime night or day, this access will be logged on our computer system.
Do you have surveillance cameras?
Yes, we have cameras at the front gate as well as throughout the facility to monitor activities around your investment.
Are you a member of any RV Storage Association?
Yes, we are a member in good standings with the “Texas Self Storage Association”.
Is electricity available?
All covered sites and select open sites have electricity available for your battery maintainer and to run refrigerator 72 hours prior to departing on a trip.
If you wish to run heaters or air conditioners, please let us know and we will place a meter on your site and bill you the pass through rate.
I am new at driving my Rig, is it a tight fit for turns and parking?
We have wide 45 foot drives and wide well marked pull-thru open sites and wide well marked back in sites, both covered and open.
Do I have to sign any contracts?
We have a rental agreement that we will sign together to insure we both know what services are being purchased and we have contact information on you in case of an emergency.
When is my rent due?
Depending on the terms of the agreement you will pay by the first of each month of services rendered.
Are discounts available?
No discounts are offered at this time.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept checks, cash, PayPal on our website, or set up automatic payment with your credit card.
Is there a deposit required?
No, we think that we are all adults here and we would think that you would be fair and pay for the services you use.
